Elemental Escapes is a fully insured company, operating under appropriate public liability and outdoor activity insurance coverage.
 

Please note that while all reasonable measures are taken to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our clients, Elemental Escapes, its staff, and management cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during any part of an expedition or associated travel.
 

Participation in any Elemental Escapes activity is undertaken at the client’s own risk. By booking an expedition, clients agree to adhere to all safety instructions, guidance, and the countryside code as directed by Elemental Escapes staff. Respect for the environment, local communities, wildlife, and fellow participants is paramount to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved.
 

Failure to follow these guidelines or staff instructions may result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.
